Advertising
copy, subject matter, form, size, illustrations, typography, and
classification are subject to approval of the publisher. Publisher reserves
the right to classify properly or reject any advertising.
Publisher is not responsible and does not
assume any liability for damage or loss to original printing material
supplied.
The advertiser is responsible for checking
ads for errors the

first day of
publication. Publisher will be responsible for only one incorrect
insertion and will adjust the charge only for such portion of an
advertisement that may have been rendered valueless by error.
In contracting for advertising, the advertiser
agrees to use advertising exclusively and solely for his own present
business. Contract requests must specify a definite beginning date,
and are

subject to
the rate card in effect when the contract begins and any subsequent
modifications. During annual rate increases, contracted advertisers
will be rate protected for 60 days. On the 61st day, rates will
increase to the new appropriate rate.
Multiple insertions on a single day count as
one insertion for contract fulfillment. The minimum size which may
combine with larger sizes to earn frequency discount
|
rates is 1/8
page.
We offer a 15% commission for recognized
agencies, no 2% allowed. Payment on all invoices are due within 30
days from the date of invoice.
To obtain frequency discounts advertisers
must contract in advance. Contracts not fulfilled will be rebilled at
the appropriate rate for the advertising placed.
